A global US based organisation was on a journey to transform itself from primarily a printing and copying products provider to a document managed services organisation. To achieve this the sales process had become significantly more complex and a full configure, price and quote (CPQ) platform had to be installed, as well as an enhanced customer relationship management (CRM) system. The engagement was to manage the integration of the CRM, CPQ and legacy enterprise technology.
